Meeting point

Your guide will meet you at Brauerei zur Malzmühle, where we have a table reserved. Please ask the host at the door.

Important information

• If you are running late, please inform us via Facebook Messenger or email so that we can tell you, where you can join the tour.


• There is NO need to print out any tickets. Just bring your photo ID which shows the booking name and/or the electronic ticket on your phone.


• During the tour pictures will be taken and later uploaded to our web page and/or social media profiles. If you don't agree, just let your guide know and you won't appear in the pics.


• Please do not arrive drunk and be respectful to everyone around! We have quite a high tolerance and love having fun, but at some point, e.g. for safety reasons, your guide will have to expel some members of your group or abort the tour without any refund.
  
  
  -We do generally not allow allow stag does, hen's nights, bachelor(ette) parties or similar on our public tours. If you are joining a public you have to respect the fellow guests, as well as the fact that fancy dresses and/or common t-shirts are not allowed. If you fail to comply with these rules, the guide might expell you from the tour, without any refund! We highly recommend to book a private tour for these events.

• Drinks are not included on this tour, but they can be bought in the brewhouses and the christmas markets

Please note: We have a minimum of 2 guests per availibility. If you booked for one guest and the availability has no other bookings, your booking might be cancelled with a full refund until 5 hours before tour start. Please make sure to check your emails. You can always contact us at tours@koelschcrew.com or via Facebook Messenger, if you want to know if an availability has other bookings.


If you booked for 2 or more guests, the tour will certainly go!

The invoiced service (excluding fees) includes 19% VAT, according to German VAT act. Please contact us, if you need a tax invoice.
