When stand-up paddleboarding or stand-up paddle surfing, you stand upright on a surfboard and use a punching paddle to provide plenty of propulsion. In contrast to windsurfing, you will internalize stand-up paddleboarding in no time at all. After a short briefing on land, it's time to get out on the water and learn the ABC stand-up paddle from the basic position on the surfboard to a quick turn. At the end of the stand-up paddle course, you will show in a small race that no one digs the water off you so quickly in this sport

For all bookings of day tours, a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled departure is required in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, no refund is given.
For all bookings of multi-day and custom private tours, a minimum of 72 hours' notice prior to your scheduled departure is required in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 72 hours' notice, no refund is given*
