During the tasting, you will find out how do I recognize good meat, what is important? What distinguishes good and very good meat? What ripening and cooking methods are there and how do they work. In “Steak Tasting - The Big Wide World of Meat Enjoyment”
we carve eight different steaks in front of your eyes and you form your soft pink opinion about your favorite piece. Each guest receives approx. 50g — 60g per type. It is also served with fresh bread and colorful lettuce. Let yourself be enchanted by the unique variety of flavors, such as German Heifer Steak, Black Angus, US Beef, Rib Eye, Dry Aged Beef from Ireland, etc.
