Der "Reiterlesmarkt" in Rothenburg ob der Tauber findet zwischen Marktplatz, Grünem Markt und Kirchplatz statt, dazu schmückt sich die Altstadt in hellem Lichterglanz. Der Weihnachtsmarkt in Würzburg zählt zu den stimmungsvollsten in Deutschland. Mit rund 100 Ständen fügen sich die Buden in die historische Kulisse von Falkenhaus und gotischer Marienkapelle ein. Gewürze, Christbaumkugeln und Schnitzereien, Kerzen, Keramik, Schmuck, Spielwaren, Kinderkarussells, Glühwein genauso, gebrannte Mandeln und andere Spezialitäten erwärmen stimmen auf Weihnachten ein.
