After initial explanations with a view of the glass façade, you will travel over the longest curved escalator in the world — “The Tube” — to the 6th floor of the former quay warehouse, where an impressive view of the harbor awaits you.
You will then reach the public indoor and outdoor areas of the Elbphilharmonie Plaza on the 8th floor.

There, your guide will show you and your group photos — including of the concert halls and foyers, of the hotel and of the exquisite model apartment — and you will learn a lot of interesting facts about the history and structure of the concert hall and receive up-to-date information.

After the tour, you can explore the plaza yourself and enjoy the panoramic view of Hamburg and the harbor.

Group size — our recommendation
We recommend that you do not take part in a guided tour of the Plaza with more than a maximum of 20 guests so that everyone can listen carefully, as it is often crowded and loud on the Plaza. If you wish, up to 25 guests can be there.
If your group is even larger, please book two (or more) tours that take place in parallel so that all participants can listen and ask questions in a relaxed way during the Plaza tours*.
