For this special evening, we have various variants of gin lossie to taste and use in the dishes. In our grill academy, we will enjoy the variety of aromas and flavors of gin together and combine them to create exceptional dishes. Our gin expert will inform you about the origin, production and special features of each gin. Of course, the right gin is served with every course!
The Beef+Gin seminar includes the following dishes:
- Beef tartare with gin cream cheese served with quail egg from the plancha on roasted pumpernickel - Styrian pumpkin soup with smoked core bacon from Westphalian Iberico - deer medallions on juniper gin cream with grated cake - spinach risotto with pomegranate topping and tyme butter - Sissi's luck

Course schedule:
-Welcoming the participants -Preparation and initial know-how for the basic seminar -Preparation and preparation of the ingredients -Grilling the menus -Joint tasting of the dishes
The participation fee includes:

For all bookings of day tours, a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled departure is required in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, no refund is given.
For all bookings of multi-day and custom private tours, a minimum of 72 hours' notice prior to your scheduled departure is required in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 72 hours' notice, no refund is given*
